The purpose of the Operations Sales Manager role is to support the sales management teams and to ensure the sales teams are running productively and efficiently, the role also requires the candidate to provide, analyze reporting strategies and POC tests.


Sales / Survey operations

  • Ensure sales team are running efficiently and productive.
  • Ensure effective communication between sales and support departments
  • Assist with onboarding new processes to the sales team
  • Maintain regular checkups with Sale management to identify any challenges.
  • Onboard and train new Sales management. (Go through sales processes)
  • Assist with script changes on survey campaign
  • Work with line managers to implement improvements and manage the change process ensuring minimal disruption
  • Support operational teams to implement improvements from audit findings
  • Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales – related resource material
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives
  • Assisting with the development of Enterprise Account onboarding processes.


  • Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department
  • Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data

Oversee Administrators

  • Assist with admin functions
  • Have weekly meetings
  • Assist with adding processes for tasks
  • Assist with templates for tasks
  • Administrators assist with automation of reports


  • Provide reporting to sales team
  • Communicate with BI and relevant members to create reports as requested
  • Test reports to ensure correct business rules are applied
  • Communicate any changes on reports
  • Testing reports on Proffitech
  • Testing reports on MIP to ensure they are the same or better than the current reports
  • Preparing Quarterly Business Review presentations


  • Matric
  • Relevant dialler knowledge
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Operations Sales Manager role or similar role
  • Call centre industry experience a MUST
  • Ability to spec reports
  • Experience in Data strategies
  • Test POC
  • Diploma would be an added advantage
