  • Resolve Complaints: Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Devise Strategies: Create sales techniques that boost performance

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years' experience managing a team of telesales agents within the telecommunications sector.
  • Proven B2B sales experience within the telecommunications industry ideally in a call centre environment
  • Experience in closing medium to large business deals.
  • Skilled in negotiating deals at the executive level
