MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The main purpose of this role is to monitor and manage a team of sales agents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively manage a team with regards to

    1.Attendance

    2.Meeting targets

    3.Time keeping

    4.Talk time

    5.Productivity

    6.Compliance

    • Motivation of the team
    • Promote diversity within the team
    • Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries
    • Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
    • Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager
    • Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements
    • Coaching and performance management of team members

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Matric
    • Must have a minimum of 1 year sales team leader experience within a Pet Insurance campaign
    • Must be eligible to be added to the Rep register
    • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
    • Microsoft suite proficient

    Desirable:

    • RE / FAIS desirable
