Job Description:
To provide quality sales from the data provided
Candidate Profile:
- Matric or Equivalent
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Self-motivated
- Confident Personality
- Read from a script verbatim when required
- Accurate data capturing
- Excellent attendance
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months outbound sales experience
- Face to Face insurance sales experience
- Excellent objection handling skills
- Strong, confident voice
- Excellent communication skills
- Use of effectively probing and questioning techniques
- Strong closing and pre- closing skills
- Must be able to conduct needs analysis
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Target driven
- Sales experience selling insurance products (Advantageous)
Working Hours:
Flexible dependent on operational requirements of the business.
Some Saturday morning work required.
