  • Financial Processing for Employee Engagements, Changes to Existing Employees, Terminations
  • General Monthly Input – Single and Bulk Input – including Ad Hoc and Special Instructions
  • Reporting – Internal and External
  • Leave/ Unpaid Financial Administration
  • Payroll system management
  • Equity reporting
  • Tax year end preparation
  • Payroll Queries
  • Employee Benefits (Medical Aid, Pension, Group Life, Health Insurance)
  • Finance – interaction at various levels –
  1. GL Integration
  2. 3rd Party Reporting including Pro Forma Billing Reconciliation
  3. Invoices for Payment Approval

  • Payspace Payroll Processing
  • Monthly Salary Payments / SARS interaction / Easyfile / Efiling / Tax Directive Applications
  • Financial Processing - Employee Engagements / Maintenance / Terminations on Payspace
  • Statutory, 3rd Party - Maintenance / Updates / Reports / Recon / Payments
  • Excel Functionality - Vlookups / Graphs / Special Functions / Calculations
  • Payspace Reports - Exports / 3rd Party Payments
  • Payspace Payroll - Input / Output / Reconciliation / Reporting
  • Payments - Employees / Statutory Bodies / Benefit Providers
  • Payroll, Employee – Financial Changes / Updates / Maintenance
  • Financials for Equity Preparation / Online Submission
  • COIDA Preparation / Submission including monthly Provision
  • Stats SA Reporting
  • ACB Payments / EFT Payments / Garnishee Order Maintenance
  • SARS E-filing - EMP201, EMP501 Submissions / Processing Tax Directives
  • SARS Easyfile - Tax Year End Preparation and Submission

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Completed Matric / Grade 12 (Minimum Requirement)
  • Industry Related Diploma or Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years work related experience within a similar role and preferred experience with Payspace an added advantage
