You will need:
- 2 years + leading a team of outbound sales agents
- Matric or equivalent
- Exceptional people skill
- Vast experience in coaching individuals and teams
- Ability to retain team members
- Ability to develop strong connections with team members
- Goal driven and performance focused
- Reporting and forecasting on excel
