Join our dynamic Telecoms team in Roodepoort as a Lead Warming Team Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our lead warming operations.

As the Lead Warming (Generation) Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Lead Warming Consultants to ensure exceptional performance and service delivery. We are seeking an individual who enjoys coaching, motivating, and developing others, and who possesses strong organizational skills, sound judgement, patience, and a steady demeanour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the team to achieve KPIs and deliverables:
    o Monitor: Total surveys / Performance
    o Conversion percentage – Cold leads to warmed leads.
    o Tracking, monitoring and progress updates on warmed leads to sales & warmed leads to Sales agents.
  • Utilize sales trackers to identify strengths and weaknesses of agents, providing the required support to help them achieve targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on team performance and collaborate on action plans.
  • Conduct effective coaching sessions based on statistical analysis and assessment feedback.
  • Monitor and address adherence to schedules promptly, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Manage behavioural issues and implement disciplinary processes when necessary.
  • Conduct QA Level 1 coaching, addressing trends and non-adherence issues, and ensuring quality performance management.
  • Employ motivational techniques to foster team cohesion.
  • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Address IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to enhance scripts and update sales boards.
  • Conduct weekly team calibration sessions and daily morning meetings to align objectives and strategies.
  • Ensure that all performance management processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure product knowledge is 100% to assist agents with any queries.
  • System experts for problem resolution

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Minimum of 1 year of lead generation experience, coupled with 1 year of lead generation team leader/ team manager experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
