We have an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing leader to bring our vision for the various campaigns and brands within our business to life. The successful incumbent must thrive in a dynamic environment and have successfully rolled out multiple marketing projects. A sound knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels with a proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential. The ability to use your marketing insights and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges is key.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years marketing management experience with sound knowledge and experience in digital lead generation for multiple products is essential
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Must have prior experience using Google Analytics, CRM systems and social media management tools

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
  • Implement strategy to promote new products and or services
  • Maintain and enhance the contact centre’s brand image and reputation and ensuring the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns/initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff ensuring staff meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns/initiatives and enhancement on existing campaigns/initiatives
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies for digital lead generation, recruitment drives amongst others
  • Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and produce innovative ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
